About us

We ask lots of Questions

At the heart of Say Something is our desire to work with you – as an extension of your business.

Say Something believes in honesty and clarity in communications and being true to the task in hand. We do not say something for the sake of it or suggest something if it will not deliver real results.

We make no apologies for asking lots of questions and really getting under the skin of your organisation.  We challenge our clients and are proud of it – it’s how we get our fresh and creative ideas and add value.

  • Having graduated from University with a degree in Journalism four years ago - Sarah joined Say Something and was transformed from a self-proclaimed organised square to a results-driven, dynamic Account Manager.

She enjoys inspiring clients with ideas for publicity and hand-holding a campaign through its lifetime – as a competitive workaholic – she likes nothing more than handing clients overflowing coverage reports and has been known to be rather smug about it too.

Along with providing essential day-to-day account management, she is Say Something’s in-house press photographer.  Time spent on sabbatical at a newspaper provided her with all the training she needed to become a creative – and sometimes bossy – creature of great press shots.

When she’s not working Sarah indulges her obsession for watching live music and comedy gigs, travelling and watching her treasured Middlesbrough FC.

  • Angela’s a journalist and the founder of Say Something. Her entrepreneurial spirit, media experience and understanding of excellent communications means she has spontaneous and rather undisciplined moments of creativity but - like most hacks – her direct and focused approach means she likes to keep things on the ground and get results.

When she’s not creating, writing, running the business and generally turning things on their head somewhere, she’ll be out enjoying the countryside with her seven working dogs, fishing or getting overwhelmed with her vegetable patch!

  • Lyndsey’s a lover of the ever-changing (marketing, fashion, personal growth) heaven help anyone if she gets bored.

Having studied at the London College of Fashion and supported communications for the Miss Selfridge press office, she gravitated to the creative marketing team where she whirled around London for the best part of four years.

Having returned to her native North East she joined global surf and snow brand, O’Neill as marketing manager - excellent preparation for her business communications role at Say Something.  When she’s not working she’ll be making cup cakes, travelling, doing yoga and meditating - probably all at the same time! She’s also partial to a night out and few bottles of Corona.
